Approach
Communication for technical subjects
Thibault — founder of Vision Mosaïque
I support companies working on technical or complex topics with communication designed to make them easier to understand.
Over the years, my background has led me to work both in agencies and within large organizations, especially in aerospace, on communication-related challenges.
The goal is not to oversimplify, but to make a subject understandable without distorting it.
Technical subjects are often difficult to communicate
It was in these environments that I started noticing a recurring issue.
I saw teams moving forward on closely related topics without realizing it, while information that was already available became difficult to grasp as a whole.
It was spread across different tools and different people, and sometimes lost clarity along the way.
I saw people join a project midway and take time to understand what really mattered.
I also saw valuable topics get overlooked simply because they were not clear enough for someone outside the immediate context.
Content designed to be understood quickly, without losing the substance.
Who it is for and how
Content adapted to technical environments
Today, a large share of B2B decisions is made without direct contact with a provider, with several decision-makers involved and a high volume of information to review. In this context, the way a subject is perceived becomes just as important as the subject itself.
To address this, I rely on different formats: video, motion design, visual materials and hybrid formats. Their role is not simply to show, but to help people understand by structuring information and making the message clearer from the very first read.
Industry & complex technical environments
Teams working in complex environments that need to make their projects, processes or expertise easier to understand.
Innovation, R&D & scientific subjects
Technical or scientific profiles developing highly specialized topics that still need to be understandable and easy to showcase.
Strategic projects & funding applications
Teams that need to structure and present their subject clearly in order to convince different stakeholders quickly.
Training organizations & transmission of complex knowledge
Organizations designing educational content and looking to make it clearer, more engaging and more effective.
What is done and what is understood do not always match. My role is to make that gap clear and useful.
